All Points, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Atlanta, has established itself as a trusted fulfillment partner for numerous national brands, handling their end-to-end logistics and supply chain needs. As a 3PL, All Points manages various fulfillment services such as warehousing, distribution, Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) Prep, and shipping. However, as All Points expanded its client base, it encountered challenges common in the 3PL sector, especially when managing the complexity of growing customer requirements and more intricate fulfillment tasks. These challenges included:

Limited visibility into operational metrics like task times, labor efficiency, and performance, largely due to outdated, legacy systems.
